In Home Care for Seniors and Disabled Adults

Right at Home caregivers are trained, insured, bonded and are available for as little as a couple hours a week or as many as 24 hours a day. Whether it is for extra assistance after a stay in the hospital, an aging parent who needs extra help or companionship to remain in their own home, or as respite for the husband or wife who cares for an ailing spouse, we are dedicated to helping our clients. Our goal is helping individuals maintain their independence and dignity while remaining in their home. We perform a variety of everyday tasks including:

• Light Housekeeping
• Medication Reminders
• Meal Preparation
• Errands and Transportation
• Assistance with Dressing/Undressing
• Standby Assistance with Bathing/Showering, Walking, Exercise
• Continence care
• Alzheimer's and dementia care

In addition, we develop an individual care plan, which is monitored by our registered nurse and social worker. Home visits by staff members ensure that services provided by our caregivers continue to match our client's changing needs.

Right at Home - Oakland and Northern Macomb Counties is locally owned and operated by Jeff Welsh. He possesses a bachelor's degree in Personnel Administration from Michigan State University, and a Masters degree from Southern Methodist University. He credits his personal commitment to caring for others to his fifty-year long family history in the local medical community.
